1. Introductory provisions
The terms and conditions shown below apply to the purchase in e-shop Pyrotechnika.cz, which is run by the company OHNOSTOJE Krupicka, s.r.o. (identification number: 26454025) located Ke Kříľkám 166, 107 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic on record in the Companies Register conducted by Municipal court in Prague section C, inset 83323. The terms and conditions enclose and specify discretions and duties the sellers and buyers.
2. Purchase order
With respect to character of the products, this kind of the products can be purchased only by person who are in the aged 18 years and more. The buyers can make an order personally, by telephony, by fax or via our e-shop.
The customers are obliged to gives to seller invoice details (eventually contact details). The seller herewith obliges that the invoicing and contact details are valid and true.
The order becomes binding for the both seller and buyers when the seller confirms the order and send the email to the buyer. For this confirmation the seller use contact details entered by buyer during reservation the goods.
The order consider itself satisfied when the buyer receives the goods in the designated place or via third party (carrier)
The seller is allowed to adjust or cancel the order until an order is satisfied.
The seller has reason to cancel the order whenever until an order is satisfied for the reason below:
Its not already possible to take out the goods for the customers for the reason ending of the production or purchase.
3. Delivery time
The information about the stock and also delivery time, the buyers can see on the website of the sellers including way of delivery. The exact of delivery time, the buyer will get to know form seller when the buyer receives the order confirmation.
4. Price
The price for the goods that is possible to see on the website is always actual and valid. The seller can change the price without an express notice. The cut-price or rice in price does not have any impact on total value of the satisfied order.
5. Terms of payments
The goods can be paid in cash or also cashless transfer on bank account of the seller on the base of pro forma invoice. The buyers will receive the invoice in date of delivery.
6. Avoidance of contract
The seller has a right to back out of a contract according to the § 623 Civil code. If the seller wants to back out of a contract, he/she has to forthwith (inside 2 days) let the seller know the reason of a avoidance. The seller arranges with and buyer the date (inside 14 days) and way of return of the goods. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition they were delivered. After returning of the goods the seller will give money back to buyer.
7. Claim
The legitimate complain will be settled in compliance with the system of law valid in the Czech Republic. The buyer is obliged to check the goods to make sure that the goods don´t have any damage of the wrapper, mechanical or other damage of the goods and also the completeness of the delivered goods according to the delivery note. In the case of the damage raising the transport the buyer has the right to refuse the products.
